Disability Arts Cymru (DAC) is a membership organisation which operates within the arts and culture sector to devise, create and produce opportunities to initiate arts events and experiences.  Its work is primarily led by disabled/Deaf people and artists to recognise Disability and Deaf influences are culturally distinct and different therefore worthy of acceptance alongside other arts and cultural expressions.
