We aim to make our conference as equitable as we can, including removing barriers to access for our Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent colleagues. Due to booking timeframes of certain services we can’t guarantee any support for bookings made two weeks or less to the Conference.

The Conference aims to be a ‘relaxed’ event and environment. This means delegates can do whatever is needed for the space to be a comfortable, safe and welcoming one and to meet access requirements. For instance, you are welcome to move, stim, leave and return to the space etc. A quiet space will be available within the venue that you can use at any time.

If there is anything else we can do to respond to your access requirements, please get in touch by email yvonne@creucymru.com

Please note that we have a vegetarian catering policy. If you have any additional dietary requirements or allergies, please indicate on booking.
