Creu Cymru’s Expanding Stages project is an initiative designed to support the development of Welsh theatres, producing companies, and performing arts professionals. The project aims to strengthen the capacity and resilience of the performing arts sector in Wales, particularly after challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and cost of living crisis.  For further information click here https://creucymru.com/projects/expanding-stages

Conditions
One bursary per organisation. 

This opportunity is available to Full and Associate Members only. 

All we ask in return for your bursary is a short report that we can use on the Creu Cymru website that shares your learning from the festival, event, performance or conference and a testimonial that we could use for future events.

The Theatre Conference is the UK’s premier event created for the industry, by the industry. An opportunity for Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and UK Theatre members to come together face-to-face to shape the future of theatre at London’s iconic Southbank Centre.

Networking opportunities throughout the day complement panels and presentations, allowing members to continue the session conversations and collaborate to find solutions.

The Marketplace, open all day, allows delegates to meet the companies offering tools and technology to innovate the work that you do.

FRESH Street #5 — Out There Arts

Fresh Street #5 takes place in the frame of The Out There International Festival 2025 from 28th – 31st May. This seventeenth edition is the biggest outdoor arts programme in the UK, featuring:

  • Over 50 artistic companies
  • 17 International companies
  • 18 World/UK Premieres
  • 150+ performances/works engaging over 50,000 people

Showcase Scotland (Glasgow)

Delegate registration is now open for Showcase Scotland @ Celtic Connections 2026, which takes place from 21st to 25th January 2026.  Our international partner for this edition is Québec and we are excited to be partnering with such a vibrant nation, home to a rich musical culture.

Showcase Scotland at Celtic Connections is an invitation only event there are 150 places available to the international music community. There is a link to a short application form below and we would ask you to complete it as soon as possible. If the application has been accepted, they will send you the link to complete registration.

Delegate passes are available now until 31st August at our early bird rate of £175 + VAT. After this the standard cost of £195 +VAT will apply.
