Tin Shed Theatre Co. develops and delivers local, national and international theatrical performances and activities that are designed to enable increased participation in the arts, particularly by those not traditionally engaged.  These events include public interactions, focussed activities and large and mid-scale performances.

We widen engagement in the arts through developing a co-created programme of workshops and events at The Place Newport and through our venue we have engaged with over 20,000 in 3 years with a variety of activities.  Activities include; arts, wellbeing, theatre, youth theatre, networking and cinema.  Whilst also providing a safe and inclusive space for freelancers, creatives, families and those typically disenfranchised from the arts.
